An amazing game which kept the crowd on the edge of their seats! Megan F started off the afternoon with a specially composed World Cup song before the action got underway. Both teams should feel extremely proud of themselves as their standard of play was at a very high level. Well done to all involved!
Brazil, represented by our Teaching assistants, went down 1-0 to Portugal who scored in the very last seconds of the game! Watch the highlights below with analysis from our post-match interview team: Liam, Seb and Charlie.
Our KS2 World Cup tournament started today with a match between England and Ghana. The score was 2-0 to Ghana, perhaps predicting a future scoreline? Referee Mr Martin was well supported by his assistant Sam H and linesman Jordan & Sam M who organised the game extremely well. The support from the fans was fantastic - without any vuvuzelas!
